We are year round residents of Lincoln County and for years we have renovated homes, maintained and repaired properties, built our home, and have been full time home inspectors since the Fall of 2017. We have performed over 2000 home inspections to date. My wife and I are licensed home inspectors through the State of NM and are members of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNachi) and as a member, we participate in continuing education programs.
New Mexico requires all home inspectors to be licensed with the State.
We maintain Professional Liability and Errors and Omissions insurance as well.
